Our underwriters are fast. As in hours not days fast. So the question isn’t whether or not our underwriters can keep up with you. The question is whether or not you can keep up with them.
Do I have my own underwriter?
Of course you’ll have your own underwriter. When you find the right one, a good underwriter can be the best friend you’ve got. And we are extremely pro-best friend. So we’re going to help you find your underwriter soulmate. And you can be BFFs as much as you want.
Do I have to wait in long lines to get a hold of someone?
Your dedicated licensed lending officer will always be easily accessible. It’s one of the perks when our model is purposely low volume. You’ll always be priority. Call or text your assigned officer anytime. Try it. Really.
How is your technology?
We have amazing technology. More whiz-bang stuff than you probably need to be honest. But here’s the thing. All the amazing technology in the world won’t do squat for you without amazing people behind it. And that’s where the big guys fail. They put all their money in tech and then hire former fry cooks to get the actual work done. No offense to fry cooks, but we’ll put our people up against their tech any day of the week.
